The polygon of renewable sources of energy will allow innovative companies to carry out research on renewable energy, energy efficiency and their integration with the traditional power grid.

Energy-efficient home and climate laboratory
Shell Yurt is one of the projects towards a green economy.
The project is aimed at creating an energy-efficient building consuming alternative energy sources with components of passive house:

  • Wind power plant with a capacity of 5 kW;
  • Photovoltaic panels with a power of 2.5 kW;
  • Heat pump with a capacity of 5 kW.
The complex uses a geothermal heat pump for heating, and it is provided with energy-efficient lighting and ventilation system with recuperation of heat. In addition, the house is equipped with automatic system and internal air, energy consumption and energy optimization control system.
